So, what do I do next???

The first thing you should do is fill out our request form for a free rate quote. Be sure to fill the request form out completely...and be honest with your answers because incorrect information can cause an incorrect rate quote!

Request a free rate quote

Once you've filled out our free rate quote request form, you can choose to receive 1-4 free rate quotes. We will then match you up with the lender or lenders that best suit your needs. At this point the pre-screened, highly qualified lenders will contact you at the phone number and time you requested, so they can verify your information and provide you with a free rate quote.

What can I do to prepare for the phone call?

You should have the following documents together so you can provide our selected lenders with the most accurate information.

Will they pull my credit report?
No. Your credit file will not be requested until you give them permission and your social security number. Keep in mind, your credit will play a big part in your mortgage qualification, so it's a good idea to allow the lenders to pull your credit report to avoid any last minute surprises.

Once I choose a lender, how long should it take before I close on my home loan?

Most lenders can close a loan in 7 to 21 days. FHA loans may take a bit longer to process.

Still not sure about filling out your request online?
